چکیده
Response surface methodology (RSM) is a statistical approach widely used in food processing to optimize the formulation, conditions, and quality of products. The homogenization process achieved by subjecting milk high pressure, which breaks down fat globules disperses more evenly throughout milk. This study focuses on an application RSM including logit transformation predict efficiency homogenization, can be maximized minimizing relative difference percentage between top part remainder To avoid negative predicted value minimum this proportion, turn proportion into logit, whose possible values are real numbers. Then, modeled optimized. Subsequently, logistic proportion. From our model, optimum condition for was as combination homogenizer pressure 30 MPa, storage temperature 10°C, period 10 days. Additionally, with 50 days, level acceptable, even problem extrapolation taken account.

Efficiency of Powdery Activated carbon in Ammonia-Nitrogen Removal from Aqueous Environments (Response Surface Methodology)
Background & Aims of the Study: Nitrogenous compounds could directly create many problems for human's health and the environment. Thus, removal of nitrogenous compounds is necessary. Among the most important problems, decreasing dissolved oxygen, toxicity for aquatics, eutrophication, converting aerobic medium into anaerobic one and corrosion could be noted. The aim of this stu...
متن کاملAssessment of Phenol Removal Efficiency by Synthesized Zero Iron Nanoparticles and Fe Powder Using the Response Surface Methodology
The purpose of this study was the investigation of the removal of phenol with nanoparticles zero valent iron and iron powder. The effect of various parameters such as initial concentration, pH, contact time, and dosage of NZVI and Fe powder was examined, and a Central Composite Design (CCD) was then applied to appraisal the effect of these variables. The chemical and physical characteristic...
متن کاملassessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
Photocatalytic Removal of Amaranth Optimization Using Response Surface Methodology
Since Amaranth (AM) is one of the dye compounds which is harmful to human’s life its removal from industrial waste water would reduce their environmental impact and health effect. Copper nanoparticle (CuNP) is a simple and eco-friendly material which can be used to remove this pollutant. In this paper, copper nanoparticles were synthesized, for removal of AM dye. The experiments were designed b...
متن کاملApplying the PR-EOS to Predict the Onset of Asphaltene Precipitation from n-Alkane Diluted Bitumens
Asphaltenes are the n-pentane or n-heptane insoluble fractions of crude oil that remain in solution under reservoir temperature and pressure conditions. They are destabilized and start to precipitate when the pressure, temperature and/or composition changes occur during primary production. The precipitated asphaltene particles will then grow in size and may start to deposit onto the product...
